If u use a cream to tone ur skin then stop using it will ur skin become untoned?

if ur using a cream thats toning your skin, and then u stop using it.. will ur skin become untoned??If u use a cream to tone ur skin then stop using it will ur skin become untoned?
Maybe, i guess it depends on the cream. Test it to see if it happens.
