how long after i use the wash/scrub do i apply the toner, and then after the toner, how long do i wait until i apply the cream

usually when you wash rub the cleanser onto face for 30-60 seconds, rinse with warm water, pat dry then apply toner, allow toner to air dry (takes less than a minute), then apply cream. Voila! you have a clean face! :)
