Would pearl jewellery, cream clutch bag and shoes, look too much for a simple black strapless dress?

I think the softness of the pearls and the cream clutch and shoes would look absolutely beautiful with your dress. It would be classic, understated, and very feminine. You could also go with dressy black shoes and let the pearls be the WOW factor.Would pearl jewellery, cream clutch bag and shoes, look too much for a simple black strapless dress?
Why cream? I think that cream would look better with a lighter color but that's just my opinion. You should wear something bold like red instead?
